Handcrafted Orders
Every order at Di Sucre by V is handcrafted with care. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert decorators. You may provide a photograph for inspiration; however, we cannot guarantee an exact replication of another designer’s work.
Allergen Notice
Our products may contain or come into contact with the following allergens:

- Eggs
- Milk
- Dairy and gluten products
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please notify us before placing an order.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns: Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that modification requests will be accepted.
Delivery & Pickup Policy
Delivery:
- We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
- For apartments or gated communities, we will attempt delivery at the designated location. If access is not granted, redelivery may not be possible.
- All cake deliveries include an additional fee, which is not included in the product price.
- For cakes requiring on-site assembly by our team, an extra service charge applies.
Pickup:
- Once the order is picked up, Di Sucre by V is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation.
- Customers will receive handling and storage instructions upon pickup. Cakes are fragile and require careful handling to prevent cracks, smudges, or melted frosting.
